Equipment Function
The system can preheat and cure the products by controlling the temperature box and rotary mechanism. At the same time, it can realize the functions of FIFO and MES communication. Advantages are small size, large capacity; and very energy-saving, high heating uniformity for products. It adopts robot to load and unload automatically, which saves labor and is highly reliable.

- Cavity size: Define the size of the cavity according to the customer's demand:
- Temperature range: -70 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, RT ~ 200 ℃
- Temperature uniformity deviation: ± 1 ℃ (-40 ~ 100 ℃) ± 1.5 ℃ (other)
- Temperature rate: 1 ~ 5 ℃/min
- Noise: <65db
