Reliable and stable systems


- The water tank is arranged with a low level switch and a high level switch, through automatic replenishment of water to keep the water tank level at a high level, due to the inability to timely replenish the water level to reach the low level will trigger a system alarm
- The water tank replenishment circuit is arranged with a filter to avoid debris from entering the water tank and blocking the nozzle, and the filter needs to be replaced regularly.
- The pump suction port is arranged with a filter to avoid debris entering the pump and causing damage.
- Combination of large and small flow rate pumps, according to the flow rate required for the test automatically open the corresponding water pumps
- The flow rate is adjusted by a proportional three-way valve, and the proportional valve is adjusted by the flow rate value fed back from the flow meter, so as to achieve the accuracy and stability of the flow rate.

 Water pumps

Grundfos compact and highly reliable horizontal multistage end-suction centrifugal pumps with axial suction and radial discharge ports for providing sufficient water flow in water circuit systems; the pump body in contact with the liquid is made of stainless steel and the pump is fitted with a 3-phase asynchronous motor with a cooling fan; the pumps are small, quiet and reliable



 Three-way proportional valves

Danfoss electric intelligent control valve, used to control the flow of the water circuit to meet the test standard requirements; control valve by the regulating valve and pressure relief control valve, control signal automatic disconnection monitoring, free self-checking and positioning, anti-oscillation, overheating and overload protection and other functions, to ensure the stability and accuracy of control



 Flow Sensor

Vortex flow sensors, used to measure the flow in the water circuit, providing analog signals to the control system for flow control; quick-plug installation, easy to disassemble and calibrate; contaminants in the fluid have no effect on the measuring element, small pressure loss, and extremely high accuracy



 Pressure Sensor

Measuring range 0~16bar, used to measure the pressure in the water circuit, provide analog signal to the control system for pressure monitoring; 304 stainless steel, better than 0.3% of full scale accuracy, threaded connection, easy to disassemble and calibrate.



 Servo motor

Siemens SINAMICS V90 servo system with absolute encoder for pendulum motion and incremental encoder for rotary table rotation; precise position and speed control and easy system wiring.



 Controller

Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 controller, integrated PID control function, to ensure the accurate control of water flow, efficient operation ability to ensure that the system can be controlled in real time.
